You as a Burmese citizen can call your government whatever you like.  
But I do have a problem with your bravery in making that statement 
under a pseudonymn, presumably from a safe haven several thousand 
miles away.  And your calling your government an "outlaw" nation does 
not make it an "outlaw" nation.  Even if you did, a Frenchman or an 
American cannot then lean on to your assertion, and call Slorc an 
"outlaw" nation.  There are norms in international law that looks 
into these things.  Or are you telling me that these norms are 
irrelevant and stupid?
